Turns out non-dairy milks do have a much better environmental footprint than cow’s milk, although almond milk (which we do not use at Vegâteau) does require a substantial amount of water to produce.
We are very proud to use ingredients that have a better impact on the world. Sustainability is not just a buzzword for us, it’s incorporated into our vision and baked into our cupcakes.
